Build is not bad; I have few suggestions: I would go for the 1600 (one it comes with a decent cooler, second it is more future proof because it has more cores - 6) the price is about the same. Get the G3 PSU price is not much different than G2 and it offers newer features. I would go with the rx 580 instead (directx 12 will come in handy in the next couple of years). If you need to save some money consider the MSI B30 Gaming Pro motherboard. Otherwise I prefer the GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 than the Asus; it has a nicer sound chip and fee more bells for about 10 more. Get higher clocked ram if you can, Rysen benefits with faster ram. I would get a SSD if you can, it makes a big difference. That motherboard has no heatsink on the VRMs so is probably unsuitable for a Pc that will be under heavy load.
Ryzen benefits a lot from faster ram so I recommend 3000-3200, the price increase is very small.

You build looks fine. If I had to say anything, you biggest bottleneck your HDD; you should get a SSD.

You could also save a bit of money if you go for a RX580 8GB instead. It has similar performance as a GTX1060. Like this one:

Wow guys thanks for all the responses. I have upgraded to G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB of DDR4 at 3200MHz because like some of you said it does help Ryzen CPUs. The Ryzen 1600 come with the same cooler as the 1500X (Wraith Spire) just without RGB. I changed my GPU to the Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 6GB because it saves a couple dollars and the Strix cards are long and tend to sag, which I don't want. I don't want to go with the RX 580 because I prefer NVIDIA over AMD (even though I'm using a Ryzen CPU) because of the GeForce Experience and I find NVIDIA much easier and more user-friendly than AMD. I did also switch to the Eclipse P400S because the Gigabyte 1060 is smaller than the Strix, and when I put the P400S as my case PCPartPicker told me that some drive bays wouldn't be usable because of the length of the Strix, and the P400S only comes with 2 3.5" drive cages. I also switched my Mobo to the MSI B350 PC Mate. Thanks again
