This would mostly be for college work. There's way too much junk on just what a good pc contains that I find it all kinda overwhelming. Regardless, I'm not looking for a monster. I want the pc to have a focus on 3D animation, 3D rendering and VFX (visual effects) aspects, with the gaming not being too extreme (just so Overwatch doesn't look like a potato for example). The work for rendering can be considered as a crucial aspect for building up PC. I do not want to spend long time rendering.

Some software I'll be using:
Maya 2018
Vray / Redshift / Keyshot
Blender
Mudbox
Zbrush
Houdini
Nuke
Unreal Engine
Unity
Photoshop (and other adobe programs)

I can be flexible, but I would appreciate the budget not going far over $1300 - $2000. Aside from that, I don't have many other requests, its really just to look at and understand what would be best. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon! I really appreciate if there is a best option for me.
