[SOLVED] PC build for a $2000 budget

The $2000 is solely to be spent on the pc itself as i have a separate budget for the M&k and monitor.

Im more interested on performance rather than looks. Looking for something reliable that revolves around an intel processor and either a 1080ti or a 2080(if it can be achieved at that budget)

Any advice or build you guys can help me come up with will be absolutely appreciated.
