PC Build for a friend.Is it good?

Hi there,i am building a pc for a friend and i was wondering if you guys can tell me if its good.

note: the pcu i chose is SEASONIC SS-620GB BRONZE but they didnt have it on partpicker.
He also wants to overclock it.

It is a very good build. With a Ryzen it will give a balanced gaming and multi-tasking with a bias towards multi-tasking. I would strongly urge you to include some sort of SSD.

If gaming is the only goal, this one will be faster.

Changed the CPU to an Intel Coffeelake and the motherboard to match.
Added a Samsung m.2 SSD
Switched your GPU from a 2 fan to a 3 fan which will allow better overclocking and generally run cooler with less noise. I left it a 1080 in case he is planning to upgrade to a faster montor (144hz) or a higher res one, or add HDR or some combination of these.

what monitor does he have? If 1080p 60Hz, 1060 6gb/RX580 is good enough. SS620 is budget psu, decent but lack some modern protections. I will spend more to be safe on Seasonic focus point. Add SSD for faster booing and game loading. Case can be better too, no OS? total budget? In US?

His monitor is 1080p 75 hz,he will buy ssd shortly afrer he gets the pc and he already has windows 10,the budget is very complicated because we live in Bulgaria and the prices for every part is diffrent here.So you are recomending to go with the PSU that i chose on pcpartpicker?

Thank you for your suggestion,my friend will buy the 960 evo ssd a bit later after he gets the pc,i am trying to convince him to spend a little more on 3 fan gpu right now,but i am afraid we cant go with your build since it costs 200 leva more in our country and he is really on a tight budget right now.

With a 1080p 75hz monitor, a gtx 1080is overkill. I suggest you save some money and get a GTX 1060 6gb or a 1070.

We are going with your build,the only diffrence will be the psu which will be the seasonic 620m12.

I don't take much stock in user reviews their a ton of people that have no business trying to build a PC.
7 pages of that board that works . 4.6 average on parts picker. AM4 Boards are very picky on memory I always recommend buying it from the QVL of the board. The Intel boards are very forgiving on memory.

Read the 1st and 3rd post from newegg I went no further.
Working fine upgraded CPU now dog due. Probably bent pins when changing processors or just need to reset CMOS after the CPU change. 3rd review not performing as expected, they perform like any other board with the same parts. Both of those are 1 egg reviews.
