This 6700XT build is capable of gaming at 1080p and 1440p, and comfortably doing basic stuff like browsing, etc.
Price is 1,420 euro (/w 230 euro monitor, but i suggest you ignore it and choose a monitor yourself).
12th gen 12600K is over 100 euro cheaper than 13th or 14th gen i5s, and it is not much worse than either. The 13600K is priced too high for the performance advantage over the 12600K, and the somewhat less expensive 14600K requires a motherboard BIOS update.
I don't think it's worth the fuss or the money.
The motherboard isn't great, but it's within budget and it supports the RAM, the 6700XT graphics card and the NVMe SSD. RAM is probably the best you can get without running into compatibility issues. Not the fastest in the world but plenty fast. Power supply is modern, quiet and reliable.
There's cheaper NVMe but the WD black SN770 is reliable and worth paying for.
You have room in the case for extra 2.5" SSD drives if you feel the need. Or a HDD, though the prices are not worth it.
The case is not the fanciest but it is well built and quite cheap.

I also included a separate list of three monitors. Compare the two Asus monitors as they are similar. One is a VA and the other an IPS panel. Research the difference and choose a monitor for your needs. There is also a much larger and heavier 32" Dell monitor on that list. You would be able to run games on that and it is nicer to look at. Even though it is more expensive at 370, i found one for 270 euro!
I find the ideal size is 27". 32" is getting too big. But monitors are something you will have to research yourself. Shop around, read reviews and grab one at the right price. People here may give you suggestions, and we can definetly pick PC parts for you, but a monitor is something you should choose
yourself because you will spend time with it.
