I am a novice at making gaming PCs. And in dire need of an expert to recommend me a build that fall within $600 price range. I will be needing a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
May the build play Battlefield 4 or other games at least on High settings.
I don't know much about overclocking or what not. So tutorials would be very much needed!
Also need Windows 7 Home Premium! And how to boot it up.

The planned current build i have put together can be viewed at this link:

Here's my take, is a harsh budget for that game when you have to include monitor and OS, do note that the final price is after rebates, so you'll have to pay more upfront:

Would not go for a APU when you have GPU in youre setup, amd fx6300 is about the same price and is six core, fx8120 is 8 core but a little bit more expensive. Also with the fx cpus you need am3+ socket mainboard.

4 Gigabyte of Ram is not enough if I want to play newer games, I would rather go for 2x4GB setup with 1600Mhz Ram

EDIT

What PepitoTV said...its a good setup for the tight budget you have.

Do you have any CD/DVD drives that are reliable i can add into this build?

Here you go, I forgot about it, sorry. For a DVD Drive you really don't need much so the cheapest one is always the one you see suggested:
