I would upgrade to an i7-7700. GPU might be tough, but you can plan to get a 980ti, 1070 (or higher), 1660ti (or super), 2060super (or higher), or any 3000 series. It depends on your budget and what you can find. Ram is adequate imo, but 32gb is preferable. I would assume that you would need to upgrade your PSU as well, so look into at least an 80+ white one at about 550-650watts of power. Unless you already have a decent one you can just skip that. For motherboard you want to make sure that your board has sufficient VRMs for long sustained loads. If you can update your BIOS i would suggest doing so, as to update security and sometimes can increase stability and performance. The biggest upgrade that you want is to NOT run these programs on a hard drive, because real-time rendering on a hard drive, it can simply not keep up. Its doable, but not ideal.

edit: if you think that you need to upgrade the motherboard, its better to just build a new one.

i changed my mind i am thinking of building new build instead of an upgrading because i cannot get 7th generation intel processor parts at online or offline store either they are used without an warranty if i somehow get one it has 1 year limited warranty by seller or not available but i could find brand new one but those are 10th generation or 11th generation intel processor,AMD RYZEN 7 2700X,7 5800X,AMD RYZEN 7 3800X, are available from sellers and another question could i edit or 2d,3d render, music production in my current cpu i5 7400 i could upgrade my ram from 16 to 32 because of fl studio said to have 32 gb ram to sample different sounds and music and upgrade my graphic card with upto 4 vram for video editing or rendering because i could lower my cost without investing more or should i use https://www.lenovo.com/in/en/workstations/thinkstation-p-series/ThinkStation-P520c/p/33TS3TP520C for my needs or should i build new system.

What's your budget, what country are you in and do you have any parts you'd like to re-use.

thanks for recommending ezpzsolutions and thevaluestore i didn't know these websites, I like that you recommended Phanteks atx case should I use itx case with itx motherboard because there easy to handle, open and clean dust would there be an airflow problem in itx case or would there be better airflow in a mid-tower case.

Much better airflow in a mid tower vs an ITX case. I can only guess how hot it gets in India where good airflow and cooling would be a plus imo.

I was thinking of using this pc as gaming/work also how much more I need to spend or build specs I would need to have in 1440p 144hz monitor with up to 144 frame rates or 1080p with 144hz with 144 frame rate average in every game.

1080P would be the better option atm with the price and availability of graphics cards being what they are. 24" (inch) is the ideal size for 1080P and you want an IPS panel for quality of picture.

I'll use this one for example.

LG 24inch 1ms 144Hz IPS Gaming Monitor with FreeSync Rs.10270

A decent 650w psu will push an RTX 3070 / RTX 3060 Ti / RTX 2080

I'll use this one for an example.

If you want high frame rates (FPS) at 1440p then you want either an RTX 3080 or an AMD 6800 XT.
Thanks but I meant from RX 570 or RX 580 do I really need 32 GB ram because fl studio said to have 32 GB ram to sample different sounds and music and which graphic card should i get for 1080p RX 570 or 580 or maybe 560 4GB or 8gb1080P 144hz at 144 frame rate
