The specs are pretty OKAY and good, but kind of "overkill" for playing just CS:GO and CS2. For other latest graphic demanding games those specs might help more in gaming, IMO.

I don't rule out playing other games, but I think it will do very well anyway, I want to not make any changes for a long time

OK.
I have some thoughts:
Don't be penny wise and pound foolish saving $25 by buying a F suffix processor.
If you ever have a graphics issue, integrated graphics can bail you out.

Games are getting larger. I would buy a 2tb m.2 device up front.
Intel 670P is usually a good deal.

A aio cooler does not last forever.
In time the mechanical pump fails or gets clogged. Air intrudes and the unit will need replacement.
Think 5 years.
A good twin tower air cooler will do the job just as well and probably cost less.

RTX 3000 series and modern cards can have high power spikes well above the nominal power draw.
850w might be more appropriate.
And, look for a 7 to 10 year warranty for a quality unit.
Corsair RMx or Seasonic focus/prime for examole.

thanks for the answer,
what kind of cooling are you talking about exactly?

For the very best, Noctua NH-D15s. It is 160mm tall and fits your case.
It uses a quiet 140mm fan.
The NH-D15 is a marginally better cooler, but it may conflict with your ram heat spreaders.
If you want to go cheap, a thermalright peerless assassin twin tower with 120mm fans could work.

Do not be overly frightened by claims of heat with 13th gen processors.
They perform best when pushing the thermal limits(100c.)
Read this article on running 13th gen with less than maximal cooling:

hm, you think dh15 won't fit? dh15s can handle CPU overclocking?

please advise what ram for the motherboard will be the best, of course it would be nice if it was as cheap as possible, but for it to be compatible with 2x16gb, will the frames I put in be okay? Thanks

So Ikd about prices in your side.. I would rather go with 7600x + b 650 mobo.. if you really want to overclock... IDK why you ever need it with precision overdrive 🤷... B650 can do here and I would go with something cheaper on case side or SSD side and grab better GPU caz 8gb is really small amount for now...

About 7600x and 13600k if you want u can check here:

and both are 70% overkill for 3070. I had Ryzen 5 5500 and it was loading 3070 97%
EZ

noctua maintains a list of suitable coolers for different processors.
Here is the list for the 13600k:
Both NH-D15s and NH-D15 are as good as it gets on the list.
As to fit, your case specs say 165mm tall coolers are ok. NH-D15 fits there.
But the possible issue is with ram clearance.
Your ram is 42.9mm tall.
Here is a diagram of the nh-D15:
there is 32mm clearance.

If the case had more room, one could move the fan up 10mm.
Or, use a 120mm front fan instead.
Or, mount the front fan in back.
or use ram that is 32mm tall.
g.skil ripjaws S5 might be one example

I understand that the slot for the graphics card will not be covered by either one? I put the gskill memory in the basket
sorry for so many questions, but i don't know

You are wise to check.
Some motherboards do have an issue with NH-D15. Some are vrm clearance, some positioned to close to the first pcie x16 slot.
No problem with NH=D15.
Noctua to the rescue again.
Here is their motherboard compatibility list for the

Gigabyte Z790 UD AX

thanks for your help, finally it looks like this:

Intel Core i5-13600KF

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Eagle OC 8GB GDDR6 graphics card

Gigabyte Z790 UD AX

Lexar NM710 2TB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen4 NVMe SSD

G.Skill Ripjaws S5, DDR5, 32GB, 6000MHz, CL30

CPU Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black

Corsair RM850x 2021 850W

irid 505f

if something doesn't work, please let me know, thanks

hi, I have one more question, I got information that the store where I made the order does not have the z790 ud ax motherboard. Do you have any other suggestions, will the above mentioned motherboard be ok?

What Z790 motherboards are available to you?
I have no particular brand preference.
Check for motherboard compatibility for the NH-D15.
Some asus boards have vrm coolers that might interfere.

However, I took the nhd15s cooling, on the manufacturer's website, the nhd15 does not have very good ventilation in my case.
I really want a motherboard up to $250, I can choose the same z790 ud ax motherboard, or take a slightly more expensive motherboard
gigabyte z790 aorus elite ax
gigabyte z790 gaming x
ASRock Z790 PG Lightning (very good price)
