Build Advice PC Build for Garage Golf Simulator

I'm building a golf simulator in my garage and looking for advice on a build. Want to be able to run software like GS Pro and TGC 2019 and FSX software and also have some room to grow in case new software comes out that requires more power. For now will be running to a projector that accepts 4K input but displays at 1080P (Optoma GT1090HDR) but may ungrade to 4K projector down the road. Looking to budget around $1500 for the PC. Thoughts on an ideal build given today's prices? Thank you!
