PC build for Graphic Design

I'm going to build a new PC for graphic design purpose, specially for Adobe Photoshop (I need to work with big size psd files and images) and illustrator and inDesign. My Budget is short. I have two option. Core i3 8100 vs AMD Ryzen 3 2200G which will be best for using photoshop?? Not going to buy a additional GPU soon.

If you are not going to buy any additional gpu so ryzen is better here.

But if going with gpu so i3 is better..

If you choose the AMD get fastest memory that you can.
