Ignore prices as they didn't have all prices for parts

Price is £409.12

Any advice is much appreciated

Solution

The one that I picked is much better performance wise.

Radeon graphics cards are very good price/performance MID-RANGE cards. The reason people chose Nvidia over them is because they currently don't offer many alternatives for TOP-TIER cards. But for a PC at your level they have the best in my opinion.
Try this. Its £430 and it will work like a charm. (Also ignore prices because some are missing)

Thanks for taking your time to reply, everywhere I read people say to go for nvidea over Radeon for the graphics card? Is that graphics card as good as the one on the build I posted? Not undermining you as I have no clue, just trying to work out what's best
