pc build for multimonitor

i am planing to build a pc.
I am a share trader.i used to open around 30 tabs in chrome.I am also planing to 2 monitor output.I am on a low budget.

The browser allocates lots of RAM, so having 16GB RAM or more, would come handy. Dual monitor is no challenge, even the processors integrated graphics will do, read here:

I found a review with intel cpu tests for browser applications and trading:
https://traderspec.com/processors-for-trading-computers/
As you can see the i3 -8350k does pretty well and costs a fracture of the high end i7. Buying a z370 motherboard you will have the possibility to upgrade in the future if necessity arise.
The AMD equivalent would be a ryzen 2600 with an AM4 motherboard.
