Hello I have Pentium e5700 with GT 610 and I want to upgrade so I am bit confusing better ryzen 3 2200g and i3 8100
As I want 4core cpu and I want to play games at more than 30 fps so what should I do

Solution
assuming everything else works (power supply, case, sata hard drive) , and currency is IR, if the 20k usd, euro or similar currencies, don't bother with 2200g/8100

here is something i found, the motherboard from the user has been reported to be updated with the ryzen gen 2 ready bios. so it should work.

o boy, that's quite old. 10 yrs old tech.

first, you need to replace your motherboard and memory in order to socket the ryzen 2200g or 8100.
cpu wise, 8100 is stronger than 2200g. however, counting the performance of the integrate graphics, 2200g is better.

it also depends on your budget and the type of game that you play. if you can let us know these, then we can help you.

assuming everything else you have works, cpu wise, 8

If you have space for 4 ram sticks, go with 2 sticks of 4GB. Then you can run in dual channel for better performance, and still have the option to upgrade to 4x4GB later on for 16GB if you wanted.
With Ryzen systems, especially APU's it seems like ram speed is important so I would get 2666mhz or better
