Hello, I've just finished building my second pc for my friend but I have a problem with the hard drive. First of all I install the new hard drive on my pc and install windows 10 on the new hard drive using a flash drive. I then boot the new hard drive and it boot perfectly fine. When I moved the new hard drive to the new pc and boot it up I got the message "reboot and select proper boot device..." So I went back and plug the hard drive in my pc it works well but when I unplug the old hard drive and boot the new hard drive alone it would not boot. The new hard drive only boot when the old hard drive is also plug in. please help.

When Windows 10 installs under UEFI, it puts certain configuration information in the UEFI boot table. If you build on one machine and then put the drive in another, it doesn't have that info. If you run the Windows 10 installer drive, you can tell it to repair your boot configuration, and it will insert that UEFI boot info.
