I built a PC this year, and for a while it worked very well. It runs everything fine. About a month later, it crashed for the first time. It continued to crash every now and then until it got to the point where now it won't boot up properly; it restarts in the middle of the splash screen and I can't get it to boot from a USB to due a fresh install anymore.

I think it might be a hardware issue because during the first week this started happening I was actually able to get the computer to do a fresh install; the problem came back.

This is my setup:

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970a-UD3P (Rev. 2.0)
PCU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960
RAM: 2x4GB (DDR3)

I have a 250GB SSD and 1TB hard-drive for storage.

I've searched for similar problems, but I can't figure out what's wrong with my computer. There are several different bluescreens that i've seen, and the most common one is "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" .

I've tried looking for drivers to update when the computer actually boots, but it seems like everything's up to date. I've run a memory diagnostic that found nothing (some of the errors seemed to be related to memory). I feel like i've exhausted my resources at this point and I really hope one of you guys can help me.

==Update==

So almost immediately after I posted this, I went to see if the computer would boot. Now it won't turn on. The fans will spin for a fraction of a second and the LED's will turn on, but they only blink on before the entire thing shuts off.

Solution
It'd give us more insight to see the rest of your system's specs. Please include the PSU, OS and the load out of your rams. make sure you've connected the BOOT drive to the first SATA port that is tethered to your chipset. Have you tried breadboarding?
