HI Everyone! I was hoping to get some feedback/suggestions as to weather my build could handle running games like fallout, GTA, witcher 3, and games to come at resolutions of 1080 or 1440 at maxed or near maxed settings? also, as I am fairly new and I dont have money to spend on new parts every year, I was curious if this would be a good build to last me awhile, (like 3-4 years maybe?)

my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pHFwRB

also, my friend bought me the r9 390 for $305 used for the holidays, but im not sure if that was a good deal? should i just sell it and save for the new nvidia pascal gpus?

-thanks

This system will play every single game current gen has to offer at ultra or at least very near ultra settings. Yes that GPU is good and no don't wait on Pascal, when building a PC just get the best your budget currently can handle, never wait for stuff unless it's JUST around the corner. As soon as Pascal comes out, something new will be announced, etc etc.

solid build.. it can handle games on 1080p... and yes pascal does intend to perform better in higher resolution.. if u didnt build the pc dnt since u are planning to play on 2k.... so wait for pascal... if u r in a hurry its a good build jst put 2 case fans cuz 390 does heat up unlike the 970
