Hi this is the new build I wanna make, I'm worried that i'm not gonna have enough usb header for all my fans and usb ports. Here's the build.

Solution
The ll120/140 has 2 cables, 1 for power and the other for the rgb. The lightning node pro uses a USB 2.0 header. And it has 2 ports that support upto 4 fans each I think. U can connect the 4 fans(for rgb control) in a rgb led hub then connect that to nightning node pro. I think both the rgb hub and node pro uses sata as power source. U can use another fan hub for powering the fans.
All in all, u require only 1 lightning node pro. For 1 set of fans in the front and 1 set in the top.
