Hello! My girlfriend wants to build a computer to play minecraft and overwatch. I'd imagine she would mod the crap out of minecraft. I could also forsee her getting into some video editing (probably nothing too major) Are there any experienced techies out there who could offer me build advice for this budget? (The set budget is soft, I would be willing to pay more if the justification is explained)
