Pc Build Help - Which Mobo?

Hi There,

I'm in the process of building a gaming and video editing PC.

I've had a few parts given to me but found out yesterday that the mobo that I was given will not be compatible with my CPU.

Can anyone recommend a good MOBO. If you can would you also be able to recommend some good ram for it aswell.

I have:

I have about £150.00 max to spend on the mobo.

I have found three that I'm interested in. Are any of these three any good? I'm mainly interested in the third one.
