Pc build help with Core i5 6400

Hello I got a core i5 6400 that was out of a dead motherboard. And I wanted to build a pc to either sell or to replace my current desktop And I wanted to know what build to do? Is it DDR4 RAM that you already have? If only DDR3 RAM you will need new RAM as well.

Actually I have ddr3 Ram. What board do you think would be good?

The board you have chosen are fine, you just need DDR4 RAM for any boards that support that CPU. Only exception is DDR3L which I doubt is what you have.

Ok thanks. What would the resell be after I build it? and would it be good for gaming?

Well, building it just to resell is gonna be a bad deal for you. As soon as it is not new from retailer you need to cut minimum 50% of the price compared to new items.

I wouldn't do a build like that for resale. The reason is you picked costly components. Not many people are going to want to pay the cost of a $50 wi fi adapter.

That's a good personal build, if it fills your needs. With that CPU and card you'd have a good 1080p 60hz gaming system.
