Okay so for starters AMD's fx 6300 is the best budget build cpu. If you pay about 200 dollars more for a 700 dollar build, you will get a lot better performance and will not have to upgrade your parts soon. The problem with a 400-500 dollar build is that it will not last very long, in about 1-3 years you will have to do a major upgrade or complete overhaul. If you spend an extra 200 dollars up front than it will save you a lot in the long run. The build below is great and if you want to swap in a 270x that is also good.

600 build: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

I would go for the 750 build amazing performance for the price. Don't forget to choose a right answer
