alright i made a post before asking for help and i fixed some problems
now i just got my new parts in the mail but still problems?

AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz 8 core cpu
cougar solution case (black)
apevia 700watt psu dint need 700 but it was cheaper
asus HD7770 1GBDDR5
Corsair 6gb DDR3 1333mhz
SeaGate 1tb barricuda HDD
asus m5A 78L-M LX PLUS mobo

when i power on the pc my led light on my keyboard abd mouse dont come on nothing displays on the monitor no usb ports have power but all fans work Mobo and gpu have green lights
heatsink has power
nothing displays or my Keyboard and mouse dont light up? any ideas what the prob is
if it the psu this has happend twice even with a corsair

Did you use the brass standoffs? Double check that everything is plugged in (CPU power cord is commonly forgotten). You probably got a faulty PSU. It's never ever a good idea to buy a power supply from a cheap brand. Stick to XFX (Seasonic), Antec, or Corsair.
