great part choices but unless you are super set on the mini ITX mobo and case i would look into something bigger. that video card is pretty hefty and may not give you a lot of wiggle room for all of those parts (liquid cooling included).

The cpu is not overclockable (its not a 'k' type) so just use the stock cooler that comes with it
