I was wondering if all of these parts will work together. I.e. PSU, MoBo, GPU, CPU no problems? Will they all fit in the case?

i checked everything with the specifications of your motherboard and everything will work together.
some remarks:
-your mobo doesn't support pci express 3.0 which your gpu uses, it's backwards compatible though
-there are better cpu coolers for that amount of money

Your motherboard may need a BIOS update to work with the cpu, i'd suggest getting a board that isn't 970

why would the bios need an update? The support page says the mobo directly supports said cpu

why would it be required?

Some 970 boards need to have their BIOS updated in order for the cpu to work

Thanks guys I appreciate it. I am looking to upgrade this PC in the future probably better mobo along with a nicer gpu when it comes around to it in the future and I have more money. Currently working off a laptop and desperately needed a desktop! Again, I appreciate the input guys.
