Built is great. No need to Get 750w PSU. Get 650w, this also will be more than enough. Put that money to get a SSD to ore your OS. Mobo is great. CPU is best. Graphics Card is great, No doubt. All are best. Here I change the PSU and added a ggod SSD, take a look at this:

You could probably save some $$$ on the CPU cooler and go with cooler master or xigmatek tower style coolers.
