PC Build Help !!!!!

I have put a list together of parts i would like to be in my new PC build and i am wondering if it would run fine, as in would they work together.
Parts:

CPU- i5-6600K LGA1151 3.5 - 3.9 GHz

CPU COOLING FAN - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler

GPU- MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 Gaming Twin Frozr

PSU- EVGA 650 W G2 GOLD 80+

MOTHERBOARD- MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard

RAM- HyperX FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)

SSD- Samsung 750 EVO 250 GB 2.5 inch

HD- Seagate ST1000DM003 3.5 inch 1TB Barracuda Hard Drive

CASE- not decided atm.

it's a good list except for the mainboard.
the mainboard is not compatible with your CPU. I suggest either a Gigabyte Z170 UD3 or a K3 (the K3 being the budget option). with it make sure you buy ddr4 RAM
furthermore I'd change the CM Hyper 212 Evo to a Cryorig H7
and if you don't already own a 970 it's a bad buy as the 1060 6GB is cheaper and faster

if you already own the 970 & ddr3 RAM, keep the Z97 board but go for a i5-4690k instead

I wouldn't buy 970

so i only have the 1tb since i'm building a whole new one so i will be buying all new parts basically and my budget is around like £1200 at the most but hoping to get it around £1000
