So I assume that you are going to be doing some heavy gaming. The thing I want to know is, are you honestly going to need all those powerful features you are getting? I mean it's a beast, no doubt, but that doesn't mean YOU actually need it. I am not trying to stray you away, but just want you to be sure this is something you truly want to spend $1800 on.

That motherboard should already have a M.2 slot, so the adapter is pointless. Is 256GB really going to be enough. After the Windows installation, and a few games, you will probably be half full.

Thank you for the reply, I have (1) 1TB storage and (1) 256GB and (1) 500GB. Also I want this PC to last me for a long time, that's pretty much it. It's too late, I already built it lol.

Oh in that case, well you are good thing. Again that adapter is pointless. Hopefully you can return it.
