As you won't be overclocking. There isn't much reason to spend extra on a Z170 motherboard. That money can be better used to buy you a much faster GPU and mildly faster CPU. The MSI B250M Mortar is a good quality motherboard with decent upgrade potential. The Radeon Rx 480 4GB is much faster and the i5-7500 is a little faster.

Actually if you switch the PSU to a Rosewill Capstone which is a high quality Tier 2 PSU. Then get a cheaper case which will look decent enough and provide good airflow. Along with a slightly cheaper DVD burner and RAM. Both still good quality. You can also include a 240GB SSD boot drive. Which will make the computer feel much faster in everyday use. You can also store your favorite games here for faster load times. Using the hard drive for less important games and storing your data.

This computer will feel much faster.

Solution
Was going to ask why the z170 board and then say the $110 price which is better then most any full size h170 board.

Bild looks pretty good, I have the R4 and love that case.
For gaming the 1050 ti is pretty weak vs the rest of the build. If this is for video editing, phototshop or other purposes and not gamign then the 1050 ti is a good choice to make use of CUDA cores without dumping much more money into it. If thi is is for gaming then I would at least try to step up to a 1060 3GB model.
