Hello All,

I have finally decided to make the switch from console gaming to PC gaming. My issue is I have been overwhelmed with information from watching countless hours of YouTube and I'm not to sure on what I should really be looking for..

I would love a PC that is able to play AAA games at 1440p. I have a budget of $3500AUD.
If anyone has any advice or recommendations they could share with me that would be much appreciated..

Are you looking to buy one or build one from parts? Building will save you hundreds.

For 1440p at 60fps you are looking at a higher end video card, Nvidia 2070/1070 class. Rest is not too hard, a system with a good video card in a pre-built should have a CPU to match it, just make sure the power supply is good quality (reviews are easy to find online) and a good size solid state drive, 500gb or larger. 1TB solid states are pretty cheap now, many models in the $100 range. For a higher budget like yours a 1TB SSD and a second standard drive for backup is easy to get.
