[SOLVED] pc build help

Hi, i'm putting together my first gaming pc and would like some help please. So far i'm considering this:
-i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
  • Noctua NH-U12S
  • Gigabyte Z390 GAMING X ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
-G.Skill Flare X 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200
-Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM
-WD Blue 250 GB 2.5"
-Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
  • NOX Hummer MC ATX
  • SeaSonic S12II 620 W
  • Windows 10
I've already capped my budget (~1250€) and the 2070 super (+140€ with a local promotion) i envisioned is out reach. Can you check if I optimize the build to allow for it? the pc will be for gaming and moderate CAD usage.

I would suggest a SSD for windows at least.

Also I would opt for the 2060 super over the 2060. I just got a 2060 super and it still struggles in some games to keep 140fps on high/max graphics. And struggles much more with RTX. The 2060 is basically at its "end of life" cycle. The super is bascially a 2070 if you overclock or buy a factory oc'd version.

However the AMD 5700xt is better than the 2060 super in many cases, and is more around the regular 2060's price range. But it has a 225w tdp where as the 2060 super only has 175. And the 5700xt also has some of its own issues but its a very good card for the price and beats performance of the 2060 super.
