A few changes to that build. Ryzen cpu's benefit from higher clocked RAM .. 3600Mhz ftw. Better quality psu not to mention 650w is what's recommended for the RTX 3060 Ti. btw you want to size up on your SSD.

Cheaper Mobo is fine
Up the ram speed a bit
PSU can come down a bit
You can also save some money on cooler.

5600x isn't exactly a hot chip, stock cooler works, albeit a little noisy, or a lower tier after market cooler.

Money saved could be used to up your GPU tier, or add some more storage.

Depends on what it's going to be used for.

I would go completely different anyhow but would need to know the use, to actually put something together.

EDIT not sure if you already have more drives but 500GB is not what it was at one time just a single game can take over 100GB of space.

For sure dump that NZXT motherboard and case. Using the CPU cooler you picked you would have to mount it up front no other options.
