I am looking for a quite specific build that I would be able to take to college with me. I have about $1000(US) to spend on a PC. I have many different ways to end up building this computer, but I need some different ideas and opinions on my ideas. I bought a Gtx 960 and a 600 watt power supply about 2 years ago, but if you don't think they need to go into the build they don't have to. I would prefer the Gtx 960 not include. If you are feeling generous I can up the price to like 1400 if you add ANC wireless headphones and a monitor. I will also entertain laptop ideas as well.

P.S. I would really prefer an Intel build, but it is optional.

Went with AMD since you get more bang for you buck. With the AIO you can overclock the CPU to 2600X speeds. The 240GB SSD is for the OS, applications, Office, etc... the 1TB is for games, and the 3TB HDD is for movies, music, and other bulk files. The case has sound dampening materials so it is almost silent and small so it is easier to move around.

Well I'm sorry for not stating this in my beginning message, but I am not really looking to overclock and I believe just the 1tb SSD would be enough storage for me. I would prefer a little bit of future proofing in the motherboard choice if possible and it doesn't have to be a small case moving isn't really a big deal for me. I would honestly prefer a full tower. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for the help. And would like to hear any other ideas.

Removed all the storage except the 1TB SSD. Full sized ATX motherboard and case. The case still has the sound dampening material to keep it quite. Upgraded the CPU to AMDs high end 6 core.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from TurkeyDinner : "$1500 PC Gaming Computer"

I am looking to spend about 1500$(american) on a gaming pc, and the budget is kind of loose. I only need the PC itself. I am open to anything as it has recently been brought to my attention how good of a deal ryzen normally is. I am open to all ideas, would prefer a little RGB in the rig but not vital, I would also like a Glass window/panel on the PC if it fits in the budget. I will mainly game at 1080p for now but would change to 1440p in the future.
