Pc build in the process of ordering parts

Hey, this is my build, and I am currently ordering the parts for it, here's the specs

Case: fractal design r4 without window-100
CPU: i7 3930k-500
Gpu: GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD GeForce GTX 670 2GB-330
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4 LGA 2011-250
Ram: G.Skill F3-10666CL9D-16GBXL 16gb ram-65
Hard drive: Western Digital Red 2 TB NAS Hard-110¥
Ssd: SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD250BW 2.5" 250GB-160¥
Air cooling for CPU: noctua Nh-d14-70¥
Power supply: Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W-65
Monitor: ASUS VS239H-P Black 23" 5ms ips-160
Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST-20
Keyboard: Logitech K400-31¥

The ones with y next to them have already been bought, advice on if I should change any of the other components before I order them!!! Thanks!

Assuming this is to be a gaming rig (which I think is a reasonable assumption), I'd ditch the X79 platform in favor of a Z77 + 3570k and put the $400 you can save elsewhere. I'd also reduce the amount of memory to 8GB, unless you have plans to regularly use a RAMdisk.

Mind shedding some light on what this is actually for?
