change the gpu for a 970

also you can save a bit (in exchange of OC) more if you pick a non-K i5 , drop the cooler and pick a cheaper MB

changed your GPU (GTX 970 is cheaper and faster than R9 290), and you don't need to separately buy thermal paste.

If you want a similar-quality system to what you had linked previously, that's pretty much the price you're going to get.
