You made his alot better but i would stick with the 390. Unless your into shadowplay because raptr sucks

it I5-6500 has higher instruction per second meaning that per 1Ghz the I5-6500 will preform more actions than the I5-4690 will due to this even though the I5-6500 is a slower clock speed its a faster CPU, the new skylake architecture run faster and more power efficient that the older generations. Skylake also gives you the availably of DDR4 which is also a nice boost in speed.

Cheaper ssd recommended by toms hardware and changed storage to 320gb to save sum money (upgrade later)

fair enough, whatever you do just don't go for a cheaper Power supply as they are really important in a gaming computer.
