Solution
No major issues, but if you're not overclocking, I'd just use the stock CPU cooler and put the money saved into a better graphics card.

I agree if you get rid of the cooler you could get something like an RX 470 which performs quite a bit better than the 1050 ti in a lot of games. Also I would go with the i5 6500 if you can, the 6400 is clocked pretty low if you ask me. The 6500 has a 500mhz higher base clock and 300mhz higher turbo clock.
