Drop the CPU to a fast i5, upgrade the card to a 1070 using the extra money, you can also save a bit on the power supply, while the model you have is great, you can get a slightly cheaper one and still have a good quality one. This 750 Watt RMx model is about $60-80 cheaper and very good...

Don't get an i7 unless you need to do some photoshop editing or you're doing a lot of work with editing music, videos, encoding and such. Hyperthreading really has no benefit for gaming. Perhaps look at the i5 6600k and save some cash for your wallet or take what you're not spending on the CPU and apply it to the GPU and get something better.

PSU - 860W is overkill for your build. You can certainly go with it, it's just not needed. You can't SLI 1060 GPUs, so that doesn't appear to be the reason behind the purchase of this power supply. You could probably find something just as capable for running your system that's 600-650W. Guess it doesn't matter that much, just an observation.

Make sure you're getting a z170 MB, otherwise you can't overclock the processor (if you're getting a "k" model CPU). Also, don't just buy a fancy, expensive MB either. Locate some you like and ask around about them or read up on what they can do to see if they fit your needs or if you're just overspending on something you're not going to make full use of.

I would suggest looking to get a 200-250GB SSD to use for the OS (main) drive and picking up a 1TB to 2TB HDD for storage. Windows 10 loads fairly quick, but on a SSD, around 10 seconds from powered off to loaded Windows and ready to use.

Lastly, don't forget to get a heatsink/fan for your CPU. I don't think the 'K" models come with one.

well id like to run a few games. like skyrim or new vegas with a couple mods. even all ps2 games. and at the meanwhile be able to play fps games more smoother then the console counterparts.

I still think the i7 is just wasted money for your needs. I'd suggest the i5-6600k instead. I'd also only suggest a "k" model CPU if you're going to overclock. If you're not planing on overclocking ever, then you can even ditch the "k" model and also get a different MB that's not so expensive.

Nothing else on your list needs to be changed, but things can certainly be trimmed/adjusted to save money or get parts that would work best for your needs.

If you're not gaming on a monitor that has a higher resolution than 1920x1080, the GTX 1060 is a great card for it. You can leave things as they are and buy all those items, or you can look around more and see if others suggest any changes/ideas for your build. I only offered suggestions, take them as you like.
