Hi I am looking to buy a new pc, and I would like to know your opinnions on what build I should take

Pc 1:

Cpu: AMD FX-8350
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Ssd: Mushkin Enhanced ECO2 MKNSSDEC120GB
Hdd: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
Cpu Cooler: Antec KUHLER H2O 650
Gpu: gtx 970 g1 gaming/ r9 390 nitro

Pc 2:

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3 (rev. 2.0)
Psu: RAIDMAX RX-735AP 735W
Cpu: Intel Core i5-4690K
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Hdd: SeagateBarracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
Gpu: gtx 970 g1 gaming/ r9 390 nitro

PC2 is better. Better performance per core/thread.

Btw will you do editing or gaming?

I am looking to do both, I would like to play at 1080p high to ultra settings 40 fps+ for 2 years without upgrading
and for editing not much just a little bit

Oh I thought it was a 4590 but its a 4690. Definitely the intel build with the 970 gaming.
