What performance can i expect with this pc build

NOTE:
Why do i put a 1080 there because one of the mates in here suggested me to buy it.My question is cant i just put a 1060 6gb card in this build.I am really not willing to put a 1080 in there because of two reasons
1: Need to save some money for games
2: Need to save some money for uni as well.
Please Help

At 1080p, you are looking at insane fps in most AAA games reaching ~100fps on average.

If you own a 1080p monitor running at 60Hz, there is no point in getting the GTX 1080. A GTX 1060 will be enough for that. So it all depends on your monitor. If you own a 1080p@144Hz monitor, get a GTX 1070 and a GTX 1080 if you have a 1440p@144Hz monitor.

If you are aiming for 1080p , 1060 will be fine , consider to add a SSD too .
