Hello, i found this PC on German Website, if someone can check it, if it needs some changes like Power Supply or something:

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k OC 8x5.0
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero | Intel Z390
Memory: 32GB DDR4-3600 Crosair Dominator Platinum RGB | 4x8GB
Storage: 500GB Samsung 970 EVO Plus and 1TB Samsung 860 QVQ
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB | Asus Strix OC
Case: Lian Li - PC - 011 Dynamic
Power Supply: 750W - Crosair RMx series 2018
CPU Cooler: Corsair H150i Pro RGB CPU-Wasserkühlung (3x Corsair 120mm Lüfter, 360mm Radiator)

To check if the parts are ok, or should i change anything for better performance etc.

Best Regards,
Dan0v1c

So far as I know, the 970 evo plus comes only in m.2 pcie, not sata.

The pc advertised is about as good as it gets with good quality parts.
Of course, the price matters.
Why is it being sold?

I am buying a new Gaming Computer, and its possible to change parts before i buy it. So i tought to ask if there are any other better parts to chose betwen those.
