Hi,
I want to build a new PC over the summer and wanted to know how it is. I want to use it for modern games, such as Titanfall, Skyrim, and Dark Souls 2 with decent graphics and a good fps rate, schoolwork, some video editing, and programs such as CryEngine. If there is anything that you can recommend for same/lower price that is better, feel free to let me know! (I know my GPU is underpowered for my rig, but it is the best I can afford without going over-budget, and I will upgrade it to a 770 when I can, so you don’t need to point that out.)

Processor: Intel i5 4670k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8 GB 2x4

Heatsink Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

That GPU is under powered compared to the rest of the build. I'd recommend the AMD FX 6300 CPU.
