I see you're spending a LOT on keyboard and mouse. Unless you are particularly enamored of those specific choices, you can get good alternatives for a lot less. Put some of the difference into some better speakers, at least 2.1.
Mechanical keyboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823816015&ignorebbr=1 for $90
Laser mouse with tilt wheel for extra functions: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104328 for $30.

$50 speakers: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836121034&ignorebbr=1

those Razer items I'll be accumulating over the next few years, I won't be ordering those with the initial build.

Well thanks for the help :) not sure about the psu though I might just fork up the extra cash for the one I previously choose, from what i'm reading the SeaSonic is only semi modular and has a noticeable fan. I'm going for a quiet as possible build here. :)

I'll have to go over this later as I have limited time, I'd prefer to keep the case though just personal preference.

I don't believe you'll hear the fan. I have some of the Seasonic Gold PSUs (not that wattage, but I believe they use the same fan), and they are silent. As to being semi-modular, only those cables you WILL need (20+4 motherboard and 4+4 CPU) are permanent.

The XFX PSU is also built by Seasonic though, and would be a solid choice too. They do have modular versions.

Also, I have a 7.1 surround sound head set and already have a nice iPhone docking station for music, so i'm just getting cheap speakers for when I need multiple people to hear something.
