Processor (Intel Processor Socket1150 Core i3 (i3-4130) 3.40GHz)
GPU (Sapphire HD7850 GHZ 2GB GDDR5 256BIT)
RAM (Corsair Ram Desktop DDR3 Vengeance 2X 8GB PC1600)
HDD (Seagate HDD INT Desktop Barracuda SATA3 500GB (16MB))
SSD (SAMSUNG SSD SATA III 2.5' 840 EVO SERIES 120GB)

Above is the component that i am planned to buy for my new pc build. But i still can make the decision if going for i3 4130 or i5 4440. Is the i5 4440 really worth the extra dollars over i3 4130? Need your guys opinion. My main usage for the pc is gaming (MMO like Dota 2 and CS GO) and facebook + youtube only... Thanks in advanced!!!

Go for i5 4670 and if you want to overclock then go for i5 4670k. These are bang for the buck and also future proof.

Best band for buck is Intel xeon 1230V3 if you do not want to OC. It is like 4770 but no iGPU.
Works fine with that gigabyte mobo.

And look cheaper memory. G.skill or ADATA or crucial are good.
ADATA makes good SSD too. and sandisk ultra plus. Samsung evo is not good because it do have really slow write speeds.

xeon processor? wow....seldom see ppl recommend that for a home desktop....hehe....btw...i heard a lot of people give good comment toward samsung SSD, especially in this forum?? As i am from Malaysia, the RAM brand choice is not much here...mainly kingston, corsair and sandisk...hmmm...i5 4670 huh? seems quite expensive ...hahaha...actually i am not going to OC anyway...

For a price i5. Cheap cpu with HT and 8 treads.

The i5 4670K is not cheap crap, get your facts right. The i5 is unlock, the Xeon isn't. Sure the hyperthreading can be useful but it doesn't mean it's magically 200% better then the i5.

No. Yes it is 30% better. You need to OC i5 over 4.5GHz to make any benefit over Xeon. So if you do not OC which one is better? :lol:
