Hi,
This is my first post on toms hardware and this is the pc build I had in mind, also my budget is around 550-580 euros:

gpu-r9 270x (don't know wich one but it will cost me 170 euros)
cpu-core i3 4130 -100 euros (wanted to get the i5 4670 k but it would overblow the budget by 100 euros)
mobo-Gigabyte z87p-d3 -90 euros
case-lc power 975b -50 euros
psu-LC Power LC6650GP3 V2.3 650w -70 euros(hoping to find another one because I hear that lc power is unreliable)
ram-kingston hyperx red 4gb ddr3 1600mhz -35 euros(upgrading to 8gb first chance I get)
hard drive-western digital caviar blue 500 gb -50 euros

All in all I don't think this is a great build but considering I'm making it from scratch and live in a third world undeveloped european country (Montenegro) I think It's pretty good.

Make sure you have an operating system with that and an optical drive.
To give you an idea of what you could play on that includes: Skyrim (modded), Dark Souls 2, SC 2, All valve titles, BF3, Witcher, Assassin's Creed all relatively well on max or high, hitting about 60 fps. There are some limits but nothing that can't be helped by simply tweaking the settings. Also a ram upgrade after putting it together will help alot as well, but that is for the future. Good Luck to your build.

I already have windows 7 ultimate 64bit on another hard drive wich I will transfer over but I don't think I'll be neading an optical drive since I haven't used the one I currently have in well over a year.

Well then you are set. You will be able to play most games at max or high. It is a good starting build so good luck to you. Remember to get the extra ram though later it really helps.
