Hey guys. So i am planning to finally build a pc for the first time sometimes this year (ik its a terrible timing but my pc honestly cant handle much anymore). I have searched up parts and put together what my ideal pc build might be. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/qNYt8Y
To sum up the build i chose the i3-8100 along with the gtx 1060 6gb. The build cost about 900$ cad (roughly 700$ usd?). I honestly dont care how the pc looks as i only am into more of the performance and how long it can last me. Any suggestions that can be made to lowering the price down? I would like to keep to under 1000$cad but i dont mind spending an extra 100$ for better performance. Games i play are league of legends, csgo and overwatch (basically any big popular games). I also would like for this build to possible last 3 or 4 years so in would be able to take to college too. Thanksss

Solution
dual channel ram is faster
case can be cheaper
I will get a better PSU like 550+ for future upgrades
8400 is good to have too.
an SSD is ideal.
My edits with some compromise:

Includes SSD, faster memory and cheaper (but hella good looking) case with 4x USB ports unlike 100R's 2x USB Ports.
