PC Build Suggestions?

I have never built a pc before, and would appreciate any comments or suggestions.
I would also like a suggestions for a water cooling kit for this build.

The power supply is overkill but I would keep it because it allows room for a second GTX970. From a personal standpoint I would spend less on keyboard and mouse.

Also do you think that the stock fans will be enough to cool the system even if I another 970 later? Or should I water cool it?

Stock fans should be fine. If you water cool it, it might be quieter as compared to the heatsink+fan solution.

I improved the build slightly, water cooling is neccessary as the i7 4930k doesn't come with stock fans, and water cooling or air cooling is needed for this build in particular.

I may just be being picky, but I want a consistent theme of red or black. should I change the mobo to an asus maximus IV hero or extreme?
also, should i get a sound card?
