you dont have to go to that level of power supply. when you go from bronze to gold. all you getting is better caps and parts to get a higher energy eff. on the ram get two 16g stick. newer intel 1115x mb have two ram channels not 4. you want to leave to slots open if one slot goes bad you can use the other bank. on the air cooler look at
