PC Build under 1k HELP

I want to build a computer specifically for video editing with adobe premiere and after effects. I already have the OS and a 240gb ssd but would like a 1tb or 2tb drive as well. I thought about buying a used 970 gpu for around $200... Whatever you think will work. Please Help soon I need to build this asap.
