pc build under 40k

Hello everybody!I'm from India...
I found this site very much useful..so,i registered to take help from here.

Well,i need a best gaming pc build under 40,000(Indian rupees).

So,here is my requirements...

Processor-hmm..I don't trust on AMD.I'm looking for Intel(atleast 3rd gen i5..not less than this).

RAM-I need 4GB RAM atleast for now

Motherboard-Hmm..it should be compatible to my processor and having a good chipset.(not so costly but it should be in my budget).

PSU-Atleast 600Watts(at cheapest price and good one)

Monitor-18.5 inches or more..

GPU-AMD OR NVIDIA(2gb)(like nvidia gtx 650 ti 2gb or something like that)

Hardisk-1tb

DVD drive-simple,good and cheap

Cabinet-I need a cabinet(not too costly) in which i can fit atleast 4-5 fans and should have USB 3.0 port(if possible)

Fans-cheap and suitable for graphic card

Speaker,Keyboard/mouse-I already have it.

I can compromise with cheap fans,psu,dvd drive and cabinet(4 fans space atleast).
