Hi, I want to do a pc build under 700 dollars with intel i5 9400f. It's mainly used for programming like python, C ++ and android studio. Also it will be used for aftereffects mainly for 2d animation. I also want to do 3d animation with it. I don't fast rendering and preview but just want it be faster. I want info about ram, PSU, Mobo, case etc. Ram be 8gb. Any help would be appreciated
